Craig Huitfeldt
Qualifying Broker, Las Campanas Realty
Craig Huitfeldt started his career as a stockbroker in New York, Houston, and Denver with Paine Webber and Kidder Peabody then created Westcor Financial, a NASD Broker Dealer specializing in Private Placement Real Estate Syndications headquartered in Aspen, Colorado. He discovered Santa Fe, New Mexico in the mid 80’s, decided he needed a change of life and moved shortly thereafter. In 1990 he was a founding partner and Qualifying Broker of Homefield Realty , a successful boutique brokerage consisting of 8 seasoned brokers and partners specializing in the high end Santa Fe real estate market. The company sold to Santa Fe Properties in 2002. Craig was raised in Europe for 20 years, speaks French and Swedish. He attended The American College in Paris with a degree in Economics from U.C. Santa Barbara. Craig is happily married and has 2 grown children.

Johnnie Gillespie
Broker, Las Campanas Realty
Johnnie has lived all of her adult life in New Mexico. She was raised in the Texas Panhandle, but also spent most childhood summers in northern New Mexico around Moreno Valley near Eagle Nest. After graduating from college, she worked in the design/architecture/construction industries throughout the Southwest. She was both New Mexico state President and a national Board Member of the American Society of Interior Designers. She successfully transitioned to the real estate industry in the late 90’s when she moved to Las Campanas and went to work for the Developer, Mr. Lyle Anderson. Her true passion for traveling surfaced when visiting Peru and climbing Machu Picchu in ’89 followed by a holiday in Africa and a climb up Kilimanjaro in ‘90. She has visited seven countries in Africa including Tanzania, Kenya, Zambia, Zimbabwe, South Africa, Botswana and Namibia and a return trip is planned for ’09.

Stephanie Yoder
Broker, Las Campanas Realty
Stephanie Yoder joined the Las Campanas sales team in 1998, after 14 years of working in the Santa Fe real estate industry. Stephanie is a physical fitness aficionado, and lists spinning, hiking and swimming among her passions. She is also a board member with Friends Forever Foundation, a non-profit organization that plans trips and activities for critically ill children. Stephanie’s family is the core of her life and she is extremely fortunate that her two daughters and four grandchildren are located in Santa Fe.

Carol Day
Broker, Las Campanas Realty
Originally from Southern California, Carol obtained her real estate license in California in 1972. After moving to Santa Fe in 1987 she decided that real estate was her calling here as well, and has worked in real estate here since 1989.
The University of Redlands in Redlands, California is Carol’s alma mater, and where she received her Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration.
Carol has served on the Affordable Housing Committee of the Santa Fe Association of Realtors, volunteered for Habitat for Humanity, and is a reading tutor at Caesar Chavez Elementary School in Santa Fe.
Carol’s son and family live in California. She is an avid runner, spin class enthusiast, and enjoys weight lifting, gardening, camping, and the great outdoors.

Tim Galvin
Broker, Las Campanas Realty
Tim was born and raised in the Midwest and then moved West to receive his Master’s Degree at USC. He has worked in sales and marketing for homebuilders and resort developers all of his professional career. Tim holds Broker’s licenses in four states (CA, NV, CO & NM) and his experience includes new home communities in Orange County, Palm Springs and Las Vegas. Most recently, he managed sales at golf course developments in Aspen and Lake Tahoe. Tim is also the founding member of HomeAid, a nation-wide charity that provides construction industry assistance to homeless care providers.
Tim and his wife Paula relocated to Santa Fe from Lake Tahoe to be closer to family in Texas. They enjoy living in Las Campanas because of all the interesting and friendly people who live here as well as the great skiing, hiking and other outdoor activities.
